International Return and Exchange Policy

Not Return or Exchange

  • Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges for orders shipped to Sri Lanka or Bangladesh.
  • We encourage you to carefully refer to the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order. This will ensure that you select the correct size, as all sales will be final.

Domestic Return and Exchange Policy

If you have any following issues, Return & Exchange Policy will be effective. Kindly have a look on the same:

  • Wrong Product Received
  • Shrink
  • Damage / Torn Piece
  • Size not fit
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Color Fade
  • Damaged Embroidery

Note:

  • Return / Exchange can be done within 7 days of delivery.
  • Once acknowledged by the team during the next 24 working hours of the request received, we will arrange a reverse pickup facility from your Shipping Address.
  • For Evidence, attach an original unboxing video of the product.
  • Refund : we will pay payment our customers with in 3-5 business days when the product is reaches in our warehouse
  • NOTE :- Holi collection items are not refundable and non-exchangeable please check the size before ordering.
